An International Committee has been formed comprised of past Tournament chairmen.  Their purpose is to approve tournament bids that fall under the two-year requirement and to provide Host Locals with information and practical knowledge.  An International Chairman has been elected to promote the Tournament and provide Locals interested in hosting the Tournament with the information necessary to submit proper bids.  He shall, at the Host Local’s option, conduct the Team Captain’s meeting.
